Bristar Schools is a growing institution offering quality education from Kindergarten to Junior Secondary, alongside a dedicated Girls’ High School. We provide a nurturing and structured environment that promotes academic excellence, character development, and leadership at every stage.
Our schools are located along Kenyatta Road, just 1.5km off Thika Superhighway (Exit 14). We emphasize holistic growth by combining a strong academic foundation with a wide range of co-curricular activities including sports, music, drama, debate, and leadership programs. This balanced approach ensures that our learners not only excel in the classroom but also build confidence, creativity, and essential life skills that prepare them for the future.

How do I apply for my child to join Bristar Schools?
Visit our Admissions page and fill in the online inquiry form or contact our admissions office directly. We’ll guide you through the process, including assessments and documentation.
How much is the fee?

This covers tuition, exercise books, in-house clubs, tea, snacks, and lunch — creating a well-rounded day for your child to learn and grow.
This is exclusive of transport, school uniform, paid-for clubs, stationery, and textbooks. There are also a few one-time and annual charges, which we’re happy to walk you through if you’d like more details.

Are we accepting new admissions?
Yes, we are! Enrollment is open year-round. We’d also be happy to schedule a school visit for you to experience our learning environment.
Which curriculum does Bristar Schools follow?
We offer the Competency-Based Education (CBE) from Pre- Primary, Primary to Junior school and the 8-4-4 system in our girls high school.

How do we nurture life skills?
At Bristar Schools, life skills are an essential part of our learning experience. We intentionally weave them into both academic and co-curricular activities to help learners grow into confident, responsible, and well-rounded individuals.
Through opportunities like class leadership, public speaking, team projects, co-curricular clubs, and community outreach, our students develop important skills such as communication, problem-solving, critical thinking, self-discipline, and emotional intelligence.

High School Edition
How much is the fee? (Form 2, Form 3, Form 4)
Thank you for your interest in Bristar Girls High School.
The first term fee for new students joining Form 2, Form 3, or Form 4 is KES 85,000.
Subsequent terms are as follows:
Form 2: KES 71,000 per term
Form 3 & 4: KES 73,000 per term
The fee covers tuition, meals, boarding, exercise books, and course books.
Kindly note that the fee is exclusive of the school uniform and personal items.

Are we accepting new admissions?

How many marks does a student need to enroll?
Students who have attained 300 marks and above in KCPE are eligible for admission. However, we do take into account the overall exam standardization for that particular year.

What are the requirements for a student admission? (Form 2/ Form 3/ Form 4)
To process a transfer admission, we kindly request the following documents:
A copy of the student’s birth certificate
Copies of parents’ or guardians’ ID
The latest academic report or result slip
A transfer letter from the previous school
Our admissions team will guide you through the rest of the process once these are provided.
How is our academic performance?
In 2024, our high school students achieved a mean score of 6.346, a notable rise from 5.516 in 2023. Even more encouraging, 43% of our candidates qualified for university placement, nearly doubling the previous year’s transition rate of 22%.
This steady upward trend is the result of personalized support, focused academic strategies, and a school culture that nurtures each learner’s potential.
